The Braeswood Place Homeowners Association was chartered in 1951 to promote the welfare and protect the property values of the 2,200 residences they serve. The association is run by volunteers voted on by the residents, not a management company. Dues support a 5 deputy Constable Patrol, and maintain the neighborhood's esplanades.
